This weekend I would really like to knock some projects off my list. The chances of this are slim.
Instead….
I am going to investigate a new project, getting an Hermes scarf made into a pillow. Holy wow.
(I have a couple that my grandma gave me that might lend themselves to this perfectly…)
Any projects you are tackling this weekend? Come on. Inspire me.
I am a new follower…love your blog! The Hermes scarf project sounds amazing. I have also seen them framed. Wouldn’t it look beautiful over a couch? The colors and patterns are always to die for. I just made a cute bulletin board for the area over my desk, with leftover Lulu DK fabric. Turned out really nicely. Happy weekend!
I look forward to seeing and hearing how it comes out. I have two and one has a paint stain on it so I have always thought it would make an awesome pillow. Hope you will share if you are successful!
That is a fabulous idea. That pink chair is also fabulous. Happy weekend! xo
I love love that room and can’t wait to see how you take your scarves and make them into some gorgeous little pillows- As for me, I plan on tackling resting/relaxing this weekend…need some serious recharging!
I would make a pillow too if I had a Hermes scarf! How LUCKY!

How fabulous is that!?! I cannot wait to see how it turns out. Have a great weekend! xoxo
This weekend I plan on making colorful, old school friendship bracelets and adding rhinestones to them.

I was having this EXACT thought yesterday! If you figure out a good way to do it, help a girl out. I’m a tiny bit terrified of ruining a Hermes scarf with a DIY hack job!

I wear all my Herme scarfs but I do think that when they become aged/I get bored of them, that’s an awesome alternative! I’d love to see how they turn out.
Lovee the equestrian vibe of that room! I have a list a mile long to accomplish this weekend, but instead, will most likely go kayaking and catch up on the Bachelorette and maybe make home made pasta. I already accomplished one boring project this week.. my closet, so quota filled! Please share if you do in fact get the pillow made!
Can’t wait to see the scarf project completed! Sounds amazing. Happy Friday.
Love that room and can’t wait to see what you do! As for me, I’ll be tackling the runaway train project that is my little 3 yr old, LL’s room. Hoping for a deliciously cute outcome… oh and also hoping for a few minutes in the sun! Have a great weekend lovely! xo
