We had friends in town from San Fran this weekend so we did a lot of running around, eating and enjoying the beautiful summer weather.
In preparation for our guests I got some stuff done around the house finally. Including a little styling for our bookshelves with my new goodies from Zhush (gold urchin and white buddha)
How gorgeous is that water? It was turquoise on Saturday. Looks like the Caribbean with that one little boat out there on the left.
Totally in love with this little tree. Its call Rose of Sharon and it only blooms once a year in August, but its well worth it when it does. The bright purple flowers are ridiculous.
When on an evening boat cruise through some serious clouds.
I can’t believe how quickly summer is going by. In the next four weeks we have a wedding in Colorado, a weekend in Michigan with family and a week long trip to the Greek Islands that I am counting down the seconds to!
looks like a fun weekend! We were in the Greek Islands exactly three years ago — it’s one of my favorite trips ever have fun!
I’m a fan of any Buddha statue, love yours! Great pictures, especially the one of Rose of Sharon- I don’t think I’ve ever seen one before. Looks so pretty!
Cheers!
