A couple of months ago a really sweet girl I knew from my dorm in college reached out to me to say she had started a blog and a home decor business. I looked through her blog, Keeley Kraft and it turns out I absolutely love everything she posts about: Delicious recipes, beautiful interiors and fun, unusual finds. She sent me some monogrammed wine glasses, that I then gave to my friend as an engagement present. The perfect present for a lady who loves her wine, almost as much as she loves a good monogram.

Not only does Keeley sell monogrammed wine glasses, she also sells newly reupholstered vintage pieces.

Another fun fact, Keeley’s sister is Caitlin (of Caitlin & Caitlin) recently featured in Rue Magazine!

Bridal Luncheon

A couple weeks ago I hosted a bridal luncheon for one of my best friends’ weddings. I wanted light, easy food but was at a loss for what exactly to make. I knew I wouldn’t have a ton of time to cook and prep so I decided to have a “skewer party”. All foods were served on a skewer so they were really easy to eat, and even easier to clean up! We did pesto tortellini, chicken sausage and peppers, fruit salad, caprese salad, and greek salad.

The bride is also obsessed with candy, so I had little tags made with the couples initials and wedding dates and made little candy bags for people to take home.

Our flowers were an “adult picnic” theme. Black and white gingham table clothes with white and bright green flowers.
