Today I’d really like to be wearing this outfit. Actually not necessarily today, since its 75 degrees here. But next week, when this crazy weather gets cold again, I’d like to own all of this. Luckily I have a similar some similar pieces.
And a secret…In a couple weeks, we have our engagement shoot! I absolutely cannot wait. And this is my outfit inspiration.
I want to do a clothing change but I’m not sure what it should be. A dress maybe? Need classic pieces that I won’t look back and think are trendy. And ideally… pieces I own.
Any ideas?

If you do a dress, make it fun, young and hip by adding a great pair of boots, fun earrings, maybe a scarf? Just a thought…great outfit here though! Enjoy all the excitement!

Love the outfit, esp. the boots! If you want to do an outfit change, I always like the look of a nice pair of jeans and a cardi over a cute top. You could always dress it up with a great necklace.

I had some serious problems picking out our engagement pictures outfit. I went with neutrals – camel, black, and cream – and the pictures turned out great. Good luck on your search for the perfect outfit!
love it!! super stylish and i love that it has an urban feel to it. i def need to get a motorcycle jacket. i like the idea of a fall dress or skirt. if it’s chilly, maybe throw on some textured tights with booties or boots!

This is the perfect engagement photo outfit. Really just natural and understated. Totally the idea that less is more. I agree with a simple dress, something that’s not too fussy.

Love that as an engagement shoot outfit! I love engagement pics that look cozy for some reason — just seems more lovey-dovey, or something. I think swapping out a dress as a second outfit – but keeping the leather jacket! – would look perfect.
I think it’d be really cute to do one edgy look and one sweet look ~ keeping it classic, you won’t look back and cringe

Those earrings are so hot! Nice outfit choice. As for an outfit change, I would go for a look completely different from the other outfit you will wear. Perhaps a classic dress that is timeless, but add some sparkle and glam. xo
