Announcement

Today is the big day. The day I have been working for for over a year. Alexandra Berlin Design is officially open for business. I have taken a couple small clients over the past 12 months, but now it is full speed ahead.

So, what I want to say you, my most amazing and supportive readers, is that I am open for design projects big and small in the Chicago area, as well as e-design projects anywhere! If this is something you would be interested in, please email me at alexandrasberlin@gmail.com. I am so excited about this new stage of life. Doing what you love is a very, very special gift, and one that I am so beyond appreciative of. So… let the fun begin!!

This week I will be sharing the completed dining room chairs. OMG they’re insane. And even better, in the next couple weeks I will be sharing my most difficult design project (probably ever), my own condo! So many exciting things ahead, so happy to be sharing them with you all! xoxoxo

  20. Congrats, Alex! I have to say that I’ve been reading for awhile now and it’s so awesome to see what you’re up to (especially since I dream about so many of the gorgeous things you post). I keep meaning to find the old picture from when we took ballet together- remember the blue sparkly tutus we had? You’ve been sparkling for a long time.

    Also, my dad just bought a Condo in the south loop (well, probably about a year ago)and it’s still bare bones and just SAD. I’m definitely going to try and get him to hire you and make his place fabulous!

  22. Congratulations! I cannot wait to see all of your projects on here (I hope that you post many many many before and after pics!). And I’m sure that when we move in the next year I’ll be coming to you with lots of questions on decorating our new space!
