One of the aspects of my job that I love the most is being able to work with the same clients on different projects. I first met this client when I was brought in to work on their master bathroom renovation. A couple of months later, I came back to do their office and entry. Most recently, she called to tell me I had a secret project to work on… their nursery! Just a couple of weeks ago they had a beautiful baby girl who now lives in this little nursery. I stopped by there to meet her last week and snapped a couple pictures to share.
They didn’t find out the gender until she was born so we kept the design completely neutral. We concentrated on a cozy feel with lots of textures and tone-on-tone patterns.
Eventually I might get some professional pictures taken, but for now, I love seeing the space so perfectly lived in!
We just bought that chandelier and love it! Gorgeous work!
Oh how lovely. I especially adore that elephant blanket over the chair. It’s all so so sweet.
This room is gorgeous!
I love the gender neutral aspect of this room. Enough of the blue and pink business–so dated!

You MUST tell me what color paint this is! I’m in the process of planning my own nursery and I’m totally stealing this neutral palette!!!
Can you share the rug source? I love it!
Alex, it looks absolutely incredible! So beautiful. Forget nursery…*I* would be happy living in there! xo, vmac
I’m in love! Really nice work. I’ll be pinning this one for future reference
nurseries are my favorite. I also think it’s pretty neat when couples decide not to find out gender. Great job!
