Last night, I got engaged!!!!!!!!! I am still sort of speechless. We’ve been together since I was 17 years old. I have spent 1/3 of my life knowing I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him. But now, its real. Totally and completely real and I couldn’t be more happy. giddy. excited. He is my best friend in the entire world.
I won’t go into the details but it included our 8 year anniversary and a ring that prematurely dropped out of his pocket. Perfect. Couldn’t have been more perfect. 
And now its Wednesday morning, Spence went to work and I’m expected to get up and go to class like nothing happened. I’m not sure I can do it! Wish me luck! I’m going to be distracted by something way to pretty to pay attention to anything today.

  9. CONGRATULATIONS!! You two look like a lovely couple! My hubby and I have also been together since I was 17 too! We’ve only been married two and a bit years. It is so amazing you have found a best friend to be a life partner. Congratulations again!!!!

  47. It will go down in your lifes history as one of the most memorable things to ever happen to you! You only get engaged for the first time once right!
    Ummmmmm, can you please send me your inspirations for your dress flowers ect… I too secretly am a wedding image hoarder and I could probably throw some more images your way. PLUS secretly I have planned what our vow renewal wedding will look like and even though it’s only been 5 years I am ready to renew all over again. Long Comment..sorry
