And now… here are this week’s obsessions!
My new phone that is arriving today! I am the biggest advocate for blackberries but damn am I bored of mine. The technology has not advanced in decades. Its just time to make the switch. Wish me luck!

Update: Absolutely NOT using this for my bench. Costs $300 a yard. Sad sad sad.

The most precious little puppy I’ve ever seen. Yes that’s someone else’s dog I took a picture with… her name is Tofu. We’re soulmates

Reality Check

Yesterday I had a reality check… I’ve lived in place for almost two years and still have a massive to-do list. So, I made the decision to get my house “finished”. 
I know, I know. I am realistic, it will never really be done… but at least check some big things off my list.
In the process, I need to keep reminding myself that this is what we started with.

When this is all done, hopefully I’ll have lots of gorgeousness to share! 
One of my projects to check off is to get this bench reupholstered. How amazing is the shape?? The fabric? Nightmares…
It looks so mini in this picture… like a stool rather than a bench. Sort of scary! Going to look at it right now to reconfirm that this in fact an adult sized piece of furniture I purchased.
Sorry for the seriously lame post today. I’m not feeling great, definitely going back to bed and ignoring the fact that winter is still here.
