Obsessions of the week

1. This one is an obsession because I am obsessively horrified. $1,500. Thank you ShopBop for free shipping, overnight delivery… and this

2. Sally Benedict King. I have fallen in love with this lady’s artwork. Head over heels. I want to redo our entire bedroom around one of her pieces. Heaven.

3. Glitter manicures. Seriously you should see my nails right now. I look like human confetti. Its great. But these nails would be a pretty good second option. (via)

4. This delicious tomato soup that I made the other night from Lara’s recipe. I added grilled cheese on ciabatta with goat cheese and fresh basil. YUM.
5. This dress from The Edit, technically its “resort” but I’m going to wear it with black tights for a holiday party! PS how awkward is this model??

Paris!

I can’t really say enough about my 3 days in Paris. It was so incredibly special. It is really a magical place. Spencer and I had so much fun celebrating our engagement, wandering around the city, getting lost on the most beautiful little streets, eating way too many croissants and drinking a little (ok a lot) too much champagne! It was perfect. All of it. I will be forever grateful to my grandparents for such a special gift.

The beautiful lobby at our hotel, Esprit St Germain. How perfect is all that grey and leopard?

The Louvre, the trees were just turning colors, so perfect!

So very Parisian.

Versailles.

And more. I’m so awkward. I clutch my hands in fists.

The amazing colors on the Seine.

Notre Dame. We literally stumbled on it.

I am completely infatuated with French architecture.

The color. The detail. The brass.

A vertical garden. Love.

Standard Eiffel Tower picture

The architecture. Have you ever seen anything so perfect??

This is pretty much the story of my life. Budweiser and champagne. PS love that the label says Bud!

My new shoes, from Topshop, on the plane ride home!
I don’t think I am going to go over all the places we went, restaurants we ate at and shops we visited, but if anyone is interested let me know!!! A lot of it was thanks to the recommendations of lots of amazing bloggers!
