A while back I was hired to redecorate what used to be a baby’s nursery and bathroom to be a guest suite. The room is beautiful and light, with pitched ceilings and windows looking straight into the trees.

The home is very traditional and a bit more on the formal side, so I wanted this room to fit with the rest of the home but still have a touch of me.

This weekend was filled with relaxation. We had zero plans exactly the way I wanted it.

 

I celebrated one week until our wedding with my momma. Had some delicious his and hers cocktails at a favorite restaurant.

Went to a concert of such an incredible band and saw a long lost friend!

And packed up the pup and headed to the burbs to enjoy one last day on the lake.

And lastly, I just had to share this little makeover.

A couple of months ago, my friend found these vintage beauties on ebay to go with her beautiful vintage table

She had a vision for them, and finally this weekend, we saw it come to life. How insanely gorgeous?

And her table??? Ridiculous.
