		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m very similar in that I can only really have one major element or event of my life under control and in order, at any one time. So at the moment, I am also very busy with and at work. When I get home of an afternoon, all I have the energy for is to collapse on the lounge and look at pretty pics on Pinterest while the latest trashy Reality TV show plays on the TV in the background. Bliss. But my house is also a bit of a brothel at the moment and needs attention. And do you think eating a packet of chocolate Tim Tams for dinner is a healthy option?! I feel like I spent my whole weekend catching up and getting things done, and now when it comes to Monday morning, I&#039;m overwhelemed and just want some rest. Many times when this happens it&#039;s because I&#039;m not getting enough rest so that I can actually tackle everything and do a good job. If I just keep going, nothing will be done properly. So when I get overwhelemed, I set a timer for 10-15 minutes every few hours to do something completely un-work related, like read this blog. :) Sometimes I&#039;ll take a 10 minute nap, walk around the neighborhood, doodle in a notebook or make tea. It&#039;s all about balance, and sometimes you have to make yourself stop for a sec so you can do it all.]]></description>
