remember when i was all upset because it was 1,000 degrees and there were winter clothes coming out. well after i tried on this jacket, i wasn’t that upset anymore. i have a leather version of this and i live in it during the fall and spring. but this baby is incredible. i tried it on… the shearling is like butter. if anyone is wondering what they should get for my birthday (in 6 months), this is a good guess.
today net-a-porter did something upsetting. they posted a couple items of full on winter clothing. dont worry, the entire country isn’t going through a heat wave or anything. i know the northeast is even worse off, but it was 95 degrees in chicago today, with about 100% humidity. the LAST thing i want to think about if fur or wool or shearling… but here i am, thinking about it. and yeah i know. make fun of the booties all you want, but i like them.
