Wedding Wednesday

For today’s Wedding Wednesday, I am excited to introduce you to an amazing new wedding and event planner.

You might be familiar with Tamra through her popular blog, Walks with Bella (now Studio Swoon, a similar voice with a new focus). Well today I am excited to announce that Tamra is launching Ever Swoon“Passionate Planning. Extraordinary Experiences. Life Celebrated.”

Here are some details…
“From the special days to the social soirées, ever swoon is a boutique event planning and styling company offering custom packages designed to tell your story, excited your guests and allow all to dance ’til dawn.”
The Ever Swoon ladies would love your feedback. What you’d like to see on the new Studio Swoon blog, types of events you are interested in seeing, important qualities in a planner. Really anything that might help their launch be more successful! So please use the hashtag #dancetildawn and tag @everswoon and tweet on over your feedback!

And if you’ve seen bits of Tamra’s wedding you know this business is going to be a success. Here is a peek (photos via)

Right out of a magazine huh? Well if you want a fete like this, make sure to reach out to Tamra. And no I wasn’t paid for this post. I am just totally obsessed with Ever Swoon (and their insane branding by Erika).

Wedding Wednesday

One of the most debated subjects of our wedding has been whether or not our little pup, Maverick, will be included in the day. My mom (very traditional) is horrified at even the mention of this. A dog? At a wedding? Never! But Spencer and I are completely stuck on having him included. He is like our child! So here’s the thing. He will be included in some way, we just aren’t sure what that is yet.
My precious boy.
Will he come to the venue before and we can take some pictures with him outside?

Or will he included in the actual ceremony (as ring bearer)?

We are really leaning towards the first one. Pictures before the ceremony and then he goes home. As much as I’d love for him to be there the whole time (especially since we’ll be outside), he has some serious anxiety and I can’t imagine how he’d be with 400 strangers surrounding him. Not a good scene, something along the lines of him cowering underneath my dress.
So, my question to you is, have you been to a wedding where the dog was included? Was your pup included in your wedding? What worked and what didn’t?

I am also at Julip Made today participating in a brand new, awesome, series. This series takes blogging and guest posts completely out of the box and was so much fun to participate in!
