Yesterday was our one year wedding anniversary. We spent it flying home from Greece, capping off an incredible vacation together. Once we got home we ordered our favorite pizza, brought our anniversary wedding cake, some beers and headed to Northerly Island for a picnic at “the scene of the crime” (as Spencer referred to it). It was perfect.

Even after 10 years of dating, our first year of marriage was entirely different. There were adjustments (both good and bad), fun, sadness, laziness, craziness but more importantly than anything else, there was so much love. I love this human more than anyone on the planet. He completes me in a way I never knew someone could.

So my love, thank you for calming my crazy, appreciating my nutso and putting up with my psycho.

This weekend summer officially comes to a close. I can’t believe it. It has completely flown by, more so than usual. So I figured I would share a couple of my favorite pictures of the summer that I haven’t shared before.
