Mexico was fantastic. It was so nice to relax, enjoy the sunshine and generally just sit on my butt.

This trip, over Christmas, is a tradition for Spencer’s family that spans almost 50 years. His great grandmother started making these beautiful stockings for each member of their family, then his grandmother and now his mom and aunts. There is one for every single person!

His great grandma also made some adorable little handmade ornaments that make the trip all the way to Mexico to decorate our tree there.

How insane is this sunset? I’ve never seen colors like that.

A good friend of mine was at the hotel right next door so I got to spend a little time with her too!
