when i need a dress for an event, i pretty much talk about it starting months before and it doesn’t end until the event is over. so… i have a blacktie on october 1, and not only is it “black tie attire”, the women are expected to be in gowns. haven’t experienced this before. and let’s be honest, if i had no budget, i’d be in this dress. and heres the thing, i could really rationalize it because its relatively seasonless, and trendless. and… most importantly… it will be a true honor to own a mcqueen piece.

so, with all of this said, who is going to buck up and pay?

im having an all out girls weekend this weekend. boy is out of town, and i’ve got big plans.dinners, pool parties, boating and grad parties. can’t wait for sparkly pink heels (if i had a pair…), flirty dresses, colorful cocktails, and last days in a bathing suit.
