I'm going to chat about it more on the blog some time soon, but in the same vein as Gladwell's work, I think you'll really like "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg. It's a really fascinating look at how habits are formed and how we can change them (but approaches it more from a scientific way based on past studies). To give everything context, it provides lots of case studies, like how Febreeze became such a big brand. It's super easy to read and so interesting! Definitely gives you a new perspective on your day to day (it has for me!).

I finished "Out to Lunch" by Stacy Ballis over New Years. I loved it, it's chick lit, clever & funny.

I second the rec on Kelly Oxford, I laughed out loud. Thanks for the recommendations, I requested them from the library.

I really liked David & Goliath, but like you, not as much as Outliers. I'll have to take a peek at the others! If you're looking for something silly (read: Chelsea Handler-ish), I would recommend Everything Is Perfect When You're a Liar by Kelly Oxford. Hilarious, if a bit crude. It's old, but I'm also a huge fan of The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls.

Thanks so much for this. I am always looking for new books to read - and a conscious effort of mine to read less fluffy books!! Can't wait to read the Crazy Rich one!
